Self Discipline: Turn Ideas into Actions
Self-discipline is easier to maintain when it is a habit. It is similar to building a fit body. You have to do it today, tomorrow, every day. Perseverance is the key. Build your self-discipline muscle, daily. Watch your attitude to food, exercise, watching TV, using social media, playing computer games and so on. Be honest with yourself – what die-hard habits are taking you off-track? What changes in your approach will make the most difference to your success?
